Video Overview of Core Competencies

In 2010, NACM undertook a project to add video modules and resource materials to each of the 10 Core Competencies. Four of these video modules have been developed so far:

  • Caseflow Management
  • Information Technology Management
  • Resources, Budget & Finance
  • Human Resource Management

In the next few years, NACM plans to add video modules for each of the core competencies.
